The automatic glue mixing machine performs the mixing process online. Therefore, if one component of the glue solution comes out earlier or later than the other, it will inevitably lead to a situation where only one component or two components are mixed in an extremely imbalanced ratio locally.
From the perspective of process implementation, the synchronization of glue output is one of the conditions for achieving the correct mixing ratio. Therefore, the control of glue output synchronization is actually the primary technical key point of an automatic glue mixer.
The synchronization error of glue application can be measured by quantitative indicators. We recommend using the following two indicators:
The time difference between the start or stop of the dispensing of glue A and glue B within a working cycle, that is, the amount of lead time or lag time for the relative actions of the two, is denoted by ΔT and is measured in seconds (S).
2) The difference in the amount of glue output by Glue A and Glue B during a working cycle, that is, the excess glue output before or after the start or stop action due to the time difference between the start and stop actions, is denoted by ΔC and is measured in grams (g).
Obviously, the smaller the value of ΔT or ΔC is, the better the synchronization of gel formation will be.
The consistency of glue extrusion is guaranteed by the glue delivery drive system, and it is also closely related to the glue delivery pipeline and the associated control valves. Therefore, it is a multi-link and multi-factor system control technology.
